God of War: Chains of Olympus

Chains of Olympus takes place before GOW1 and GOW2, so I don't think there's anything to be spoiled.

Of course after you beat Chains of Olympus you should track down GoW I and II and play through those before GoW III is out!

no it does not spoil anything, but there are some hints of Kratos' adventures in GOW 1. and yes you must get a hold of GOW 1 and 2 before GOW 3 is released

If you know Kratos's bio then you are good. Otherwise you may find out a little of something in this game. Nothing to completely ruin the experience though.

Although you wont really miss anything if you haven't played this game it will add to the whole God of War experience.

It's good to know the basic details of the plot before playing COO, there is always the chance you will not know the significance of Calliope or the term "Ghost of Sparta" without the info being dropped in the first game.

This is great to know,as I just got a PSP this week and this was the first game I bought. Never played the other two,but now I want to track them down (oh...and buy my own PS2,so my daughter doesn't cry fowl like when she wanted to play one of my systems before I got out of games for a while )
