God of War: Chains of Olympus

I finally upgraded my chains of chaos to level 4, and I got evading hermes rush. How do I use it? I tried to roll and then do it but nothing happens.

You mean roll? (Both shoulder buttons). I try to do it while rolling/evading and it just does a normal attack at the end (what just pressing square alone would usually do)
