I think the respawn rate is too quick on Team Favor. A person you've killed can be back in action and spawn right by you as you're capturing an Altar. They'll have full health and in some cases magic, which sets you at a disadvantage since you won't have a moment to heal, gather magic, etc.
In some cases, it's faster and better for a severely wounded person to suicide for full health, the chance to spawn near an unguarded Altar and potentially free magic as well, not to mention depriving the enemy team of some potential points.
I'd say add two more seconds to the respawn timer.
Another idea is instead of spawning randomly on the map, have the players spawn in the area with the zipline so that they have to zipline to the battle field again, would help respawn rates, and help stop respawn capping.
How about you make it to where you spawn on the opposite side of the map where you died that way you have no way of reaching the atlar before the person is done getting it.
