The Spear of Olympus only drops twice right? If so why the extra message?

After killing the Spear holder twice the message still flashes but the spear doesn't drop.

 

Bug then?

I dunno... I had it drop like 4 times in one match for me. People who had it kept getting killed, and the oh-so-generous gods would just send down another, pronto.

IDK. It dropped multiple times. Like it was said: Peeps who had it kept getting killed :smileytongue:
