Now I want to get your ideas on the famous SEX MINI GAME. I feel the sex mini game is sort of tradition with God of War, but only if it made sense within the story. Since God of War Ascension is taking 6 months after Kratos Kills his wife and child. It just seems like why would Kratos cheat on his wife so soon?
I really think a sex mini game with his wife would be appropriate with this one.
I mean I think every one of the sex mini games made sense. So what do you think?
Well I am sure that people will be somewhat annoyed if there was no type of sex scene. Gamers need to stuff a sock in it when they try to act Holy. "oh I don't want that in my game" When deep down they really do want it!
Like gamers think hmm all I want to see is blood splattering and guts flying, legs being decapitated, and heads rolling. Yet when they see a nipple from a woman they Go all "Hell no, I don't want that, it is too obscene"? I think it may be cultural bound because in some europe countries they don't care or find nudity or sex offensive. Yet crazy Americans go up in a uproar for some reason?

It's possible we can play a memory of him with his wife (possibly making Calliope). It is also possible we'll get random whores, some other goddess (very unlikely), a monster like Echidna (extremely unlikely), a spirit of some sort (Nymphs and the like), etc.

Oh welll. It's super softcore and off-screen. If you're worried about this, you're probably underage for the game anyway.

The violence, nudity and sexual content are all above the recommendations for 12 year olds. If his parents okay all but the sexual aspect (nudity too I'm sure), simply skip the mini-game as they are optional in all entries. The nudity is tougher to avoid as we get it in NPCs, beasts and the mini-game itself (sometimes cutscenes). The game need not adjust itself for those that are too young to play it.
Measures can be taken to lessen the impact (read: bastardize it) *gore/blood 'off', nudity 'off', etc.*. Some of these changes would take a good deal of work though. They wouldn't use floating bars or 'mosaics'. No, they would want to put actual clothing on (as stupid as that waste of resources is *they've done it before*). They get away with these things more with their clout.
Not sure how often you specifically play/watch those optional (and very small) parts of the game, but I'm sure you're old enough to do so and your parents mature enough to think nothing of it...yes? I'm of the sort raised on horror and quickly introduced to nudity as I've watched R rated films since I was two and played the 'hard' stuff among games since MK1 released for the Genesis. Of course, porn games are another story. They're garbage though, so I don't feel I've missed out on much.
I'm not entirely able to sympathize here.
