Controller is really nice, but what's with all the regional crap? Every other country but america gets all these controllers but all america gets is red, blue, pink and white.

Most of the time USA is the country that gets exclusive deals with software and hardware. This is one of the few exclusive things that Latin America gets and even so it will probably arrive to other regions sooner or later.

The demo will eventually come  to the PS Store,  just like GOW III

Well to be honest I don't want anything to be exclusive.  It's just silly and it'd make sony more money to have great bundles like this around the world...
