help I formatted my play and I lost all my information until I bought the game plystation store and I wanted to play home and play has a message telling me that this content can not be accessed in your account What do I do to help me rescue

I'm not sure what the problem is. If you have formatted your PS3 you will need to re-create a user and log into an account that has the content you wish to play.

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

On the XMB go to the far left, choose users, then choose create new user, then choose your old PSN ID you used before & the same password too, once logged in you will be able to use PS HOME & re-download all your previously downloaded content (except videos)
