The answer to both questions is no, sorry.

You can move saved data from one PS3 user profile to another; but if the game supports trophies, or online play,, then the save data probably won't work if you copy it to a user that has a different PSN account.  Trophies can't be moved between user profiles on a PS3. Online codes are associated with a PSN account.  Not a user profile on any particular PS3.  Nothing associated with a PSN/SEN account can ever be moved to any other PSN account.
