Help with Bluetooth headset

my dad got a jabra VBT2050 bluetooth headset (or similar design) with his cell phone and doesnt use it so he gave it to me.  i have paired it with my PS3 but whenever i try to use it in DCUO it stays connected but doesnt allow me to talk or hear through it, can someone help me fix this problem?

Re: Help with Bluetooth headset

Go in to your PS3 Settings menu, then go into Accessory Settings, then go into Audio Device Settings.  Change the input and output device to your bluetooth that is registered to the system. (Hint I turned my mic level to 4).  When your playing games it should be an open mic but in Home when in a group or in somebody space push the R2 button to talk.

Re: Help with Bluetooth headset

When mine does that I find its the battery getting low.  It's that or maybe the battery is bad and not holding a charge.  If it's anything else I'm not sure what it would be.  I also use an old cell phone bluetooth and it works great as long as I keep it charged up.
