This is ridiculos...the customer support group is ridiculos, i finally reach some one, and they cant help me. they want me to be in front of the unit to access the XMB, but it dosent boot up to run any test thay want me to do. and since they are barely open only till 11p east coast my work hours dont allow me to call form home...i work form 8am -11:30pm every day but saturday....I'm so glad i have my Wii, it never has any opperational issues.... this is the worst customer service experiance i've ever had. i work in tech supprt and in customer service at my 2 jobs...if i serviced a customer in the manner SONY has, i'd be out of a job.
