Stupid question, there's nothing in your download list, you are logged/signed in to PSN right?
Also you have tried the following correct"

Yah and like I said the other list shows what I have payed for, how much money I have put on my account and when I put it on there the other list has who I got the things from and exactley what I got just the PlayStation Network Promotions is not in the services displayed list. I will just thank you for you time and pass it up to another reason I hate Sony PS3 now! The other reasons is slow network speeds and there TOS stating we don't own the content we buy!

Hay I think you did great! I had checked all the things you had told me to before I came to post my Q here but it is always good to get a backup to make sure I did not miss something myself. Now we will see if Sony does right or makes me mad once again. I have all console gaming systems but I am still a hard core PC gamer and only have the PS3 and Xbox 360 because I can afford them and once in a while like to game with friends that have PS3 and Xbox but don't have gaming PCs.

Mine are still marked purchased in the Playstation Store; and no, the Welcome Back games never expire the way that Playstation Plus games do. They are tracked as regular purchases, and have no time limit. Try finding them in the Playstation Store, and downloading them again. They should be marked with a red shopping bag icon. If they are not, double check that you claimed the games under the same PSN account that you are using now. It was a long time ago, and you may not have remembered accurately. Other people have posted the same issue, but I'm not aware of any cases where Welcome Back games actually disappeared from anyone's PSN account.
