This has happened to a number of people in the past so you're not on your own & you'll be pelased to know there's an easy fix too!
Go to the XMB, then go to "Account Management", then "Transaction Management: then go to the "Services List", lastly go to "PlayStation Promotions", from there you should be able to redeem your game(s)
