I contacted Sony via e-mail about an issue involving funds in my PSN wallet. They e-mailed me back within an hour I sent my problem, and suggested they will review and it could take 7-10 days to complete if in my favor. Instead less then 10 hours after contact with Sony, they completely restored my funds involved.
My E-mail was not negative or combative. I didn't claim to be true customer or long serving. I pointed out my issues and they gave me results I figured would not be here for another week. I am happy with the service today. It was suspiring to get very quick results.

That's great to hear, usually people post "complaints" about customer service here not good ones.
