I used to play this game a lot in elementary school on the school's computers.  I cannot remember what it is called though.  I also played Jezzball a lot in middle school, but was able to find out what that was.  It's kinda like pong but with one paddle.  The point is to impact all of the bricks with the ball without it getting past the paddle.  Some of the bricks would take multiple hits before disappearing.  Let me know if you know the name for this game.  I want to play it stupidly bad.

This classic game was known as Breakout in its heyday. Since then other brick-breaking clones have surfaced, such as Magic Ball on the PlayStation Network (also known as Magic Orbz).

What an official sounding answer.  Thank you.  Couldn't find the exact clone I remember but found something good enough.
