Anyone know when ninja turtles in time reshelled is coming back to psn?

Does anyone know when this is coming back to the PSN? this was a childhood favorite and missed downloading it before it was pulled. Or is there another way to buy it?

It is gone because the TMNT licence belongs to Ubisoft now...
