playstation plus membership

so i had a three month pass and i got a year sub but my old one has 4 days left will the new one kick in after the three months is up

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.

 

Have you already added the new one year subscription, if you have the the new expiry date should already be reflected, but to answer your question yes, the new subscription will start immediately after the current one expires, basically subscriptions stack, for example you could purchase 2 one year subscriptions & add them both now, that would take you through to December 2104, make sense?

so it says i have 4 days left so it should change after that i just want to make sure i didnt just lose my 50 dollars

it is possible that it won't automatically change, some people have experienced some problems with the date not updating, so you may have to manually make that happen, don't fret about it yet, come back in 3/4 days & let us know if it's all ok first ok.
