Your subscription ended due to payment failure?

I received an email that says "Your subscription ended due to payment failure." I don't understand this since I put money into it on Tuesday. I haven't gotten my money back either so only wonder if this is just a mistake or I've just been robbed.

 

If anyone has any answers would surely love to know what is going on.

Was your Plus subscription over on Tuesday or before Tuesday? Could it be that you didn't funnel money into the account in time?

I had subscripted on Tuesday and received this message today. My only guess would be that it was a mistake.

I also received this e-mail, and I had renewed for another year back in December. Something weird is going on.

Me, too. Posted about it earlier. I bought 3 months of it in december. Says on my psn account that it ends in march, yet there's that e-mail.
