I, ve been trying to reedem a code for a 1 year membership on ps+ in order to play battlefield4 online on ps4.However since I am peruvian and don't have a credit account in US and the sistem gives me the following error E82000102 when i try to reedem the code. I believe its a problem the need to register your credit card info to redeem codes in prepaid cards, so if you need to register a credit card it does make no sense for the existance of PrePaid cards or correct me if I am wrong.
In that sense, I' am pretty dissapointed, not because of the 180soles(65USD) I paid, but because here where i am feels like there is no solution SONY can offer
Hopefully some day SONY guys can solve this, because other than riding llamas and walking in machupichu here in Peru we also like playing videogames.
And probably like 99% sure about it there should be other persons with the same issue that me
PS. If you SONY guys decide its profitable to use prepaid cards as they are supposed to be used, please let me know so I can play battlefield 4 online. I would really apreciatte it
"Now I fell like doing your job,i should get paid or not =), happy when i can redeem my code"
The trial codes require credit cards, but cards that you purchase (PSN cards, PS+ subscriptions) do not.
For what it's worth, I thought Peru had PSN already, so I Googled it. Aparently it was just launched today! Don't expect US codes to work, but PS+ should be available and it should otherwise be easier for you to access PSN content.
Does this still work for 2016
Why not just try it?
All trial require a Credit Card. It is the pre-paid codes that do not.
