Ps plus redeem problems

On Black Friday I purchased a Ps4 and a one year subscription to PS Plus. When I got home I immediately attempted to enter the redemption code, but it didn't work and I got an error code (E-82000102). After about a week of trying to enter in the same code I kept getting the same result. So then I contacted Sony to find a solution and the only advice they gave me was to keep trying. It still hasn't worked. It's gotten to the where I know both the redemption and error code by heart. Anysolutions?

Have you tried entering the code online, try it here and see if it will work http://www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/ca-en/home/

I have been having this exact issue, I also bought my one year on black Friday from Best Buy - c'mon Sony this is RIDICULOUS

Same problem. I can redeem it all I want, but it doesn't show up on the download list, and trying to punch it in the website above gives me an error message.

Black Friday code.

I am also having the same problem with a system bought on a system bought from a vendor via Amazon.  Tryed to do it from the PC only to get the message - Cannont be redeemed via PC - or words to that effect.

 

I'd be happy to purchase this through the PS store but I'm not going to spend the money twice to get the product once.

I'm glad I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Hopefully someone here has an answer for us, because it would suck to have just wasted $ on a bad code.
