PSN Plus not credited

I purchased a one year PS Plus pass a few weeks ago when they were runnig a promo that you get $9.99 with a year pass. I never got the $9.99 credited to my wallet like they said it would. I was charged and paid the full year because of the free $9.99, so it kinda sucks that I haven't recieved it. Has anyone else had this problem or know what I need to do to fix it?

Are you 100% certain that you purchased the 1 year subscription during the promotion period, & that it was funded to & then from your PSN wallet?

Yes I am, my credit card state shows that the payment went through on Oct 25th. I think I funed it through my wallet. Is there way I can go back and check that?

I found the transaction history on my account and yes, it says Wallet funding then the purchase itself.

You're going to have to contact Sony customer support directly about this issue, we can't assist you here further, sorry.

 

Ask them to submit a refund request on your behalf, they'll want proof of the funding from you which they should be able to see anyway.
