PS+ Trial Code not working (Bought new PS3 Bundle - New PSN account) - Different Country

Hello,

I bought a new PS3 Bundle yesterday (From Germany), it came with a 30 day trial code for PS+, however it seems because my PSN account is US based, the code is not working..

 

Can I swap it for a US code? I didn't know about this restriction when I bought it.

your correct that is why it does not work, usualy the answer is NO for a swap but the only people that could answer is SONY here is a link on how to contact them

Sorry but no, codes cannot be swapped out for another.
