Just saw this

in the psn store thougt, finally my favorite game for free and then when i downloaded it, it says only for PSvita?

What kind of BS is this?

It clearly says PS3 so why cant i download the ps3 version and still have to pay for it? Ps plus is lying and misleading people into buying a subscription, this is real bad.

We don't really know.  This is the North American playstation.com site.  You are in the EU.  You should ask on the EU forums.  North America only got the Vita version of Jet Set Radio for free with Playstation Plus. We always had to pay for the PS3 version.  It is probably just a simple mistake.

No.  These things are typed in by human hands.  Humans aren't perfect, so mistakes happen.  If you read the Playstation Store terms of service you will find that Sony has no obligation to honor offers made in error.
