I cant redeem code

I bought my PS3 on US but I'm from Colombia, i think that is a poor solution, and poor support

nothing. If  it's a code for US plus membership you need a US Credit card. It can't be used in Australia. You already knew both these things. Maybe you can get someone to trade something for it.

It doesn't matter where you bought it. It matters what region account you made and what region the code is. They've got to match. This isn't any kind of official Sony support. It's users just like yourself. If you'd like to take it up directly with Sony the number is 1-800-345-7669.

I bought mines in america and i live in america and it's telling me it's already been used .....what do i do about that

you mean the console, yes i bought it online and it got shipped here from califonria, mind you i live in pennsylvania and it's still telling me it's already been used

Actually I was referring to the game, so long as the game & the online pass are from the same region then you should be fine.

same country i bought it as like a bundle the playstation plus free trial for 30 days came with but the code is saying it's already been used who should i talk to about that
