Automatically Charged 30 day trial

2 replies 120 views Edited Feb 8, 2013

I used the free playstation plus trial that came with the god of war series and I have a credit card on file. After the trial ended I apparently did not get rid of the automatic charging so I was charged $17.99 to continue the subscription which is shown as a 30 day trial subscription for the $17.99. However, this amount is normally for the 3-month subscription. I was wondering if there was a way to get the money automatically charged back, put in my psn account, or to change the 30 day trial charged to what it should have been which is the 3-month subscription. I was just confused with the whole process, hope you can help. Thanks.

There is something wrong with your PS+ membership. I suggest you to call Sony for customer support.

The subscription is labeled as a 30-day trial because that is what it started out as, but Sony doesn't sell 30-day Plus subscriptions. A one month trial subscription will renew as a three month subscription.  It just won't be labeled correctly in the services list.
