Take your original receipt too, if you don't have that you'll get no where at all.

That'll posubly depend on the salesperson you get, if you get any issues ask for a manager.
This is the kicker: I believe I bought the last PO game that is baseball of the year 11. Since I really wanted a baseball game, could I make them give me a new copy of 11, or if not that then 12?
I'm not sure you can "make them do this", but there's no harm in trying I suppose.
I take pride in not paying full price for games, and I don't really want a refund then pay another 30 bucks for a new copy of 12.

Nope you did good, this forum is probably fine.
My only other thought is I hope they beileve you when you go back, by that I mean you have no reason to lie about the disc being wrong, but it's your word against theirs, see what I mean.
