How come FFVII and FFVIII are no longer downloadable?

3 replies 3 views Edited Feb 21, 2010

Tonight, I tried downloading FFVIII off of the PSN.

I clicked the "Buy" button ( I had sufficient funds), and them MediaGo timed out, my account had $9.99 less, and no Final Fantasy VIII.  Needless to say, I felt robbed.  Where can I complain about this and get my money back?

I, of course, tried to get it again, but right the tabs that say "Buy" and "Add to Cart" have vanished.  Plus, there's a strange red PSN store icon next to the game.  Same deal with FFVII. Where did those two games go?  Did Square run out? Was the PSN hacked? What?

There's also the issue of me getting ripped off as well, and I believe I should be compensated.

If anyone knows, please say so.

Go back to ps store click on the small tab in the upper rigth corner that says view downloads if its there you should just be able to download it from there the little red flag on the pic of the game means you have purchased it.i hope this helps if not just contact sony and i am sure they will help you resolve the issue.
