ive got the same problem, the dlc has just been sitting in my harddrive for over 4 months now. And does anyone know about the blus code and why that matters?

Because in North American (usually just effects Canadians though) there are two versions of Fallout 3. One is the English edition and the other is the French edition (which is misleading because it is in English as well, but you have the option for French). So when you buy a dlc, you have to know which version of the disc you own and buy the correct version of the DLC. Your disc (or case, I don't remember which) will have the code on it, as will the version of the DLC in the store.

If you have purchased the wrong one, you will either need to buy the right DLC or Fallout 3 disc to use Broken Steel. You can try calling Sony and explaining the situation, but there is no guarantee that they will care.

i bought all the fallout 3 dlc on my ps3, and it wont work! i have the right product code, so that isnt the problem. i have the most updated version of fallout 3, so that isnt the problem. theres nothing wrong with the cd, and i tried to reinstall fallout 3 on my ps3, and reinstall the dlc. none of that worked. i tried installing just broken steel, and checked if just that one worked by itself. it didnt. i went to the menu ingame and clicked downloads, and theres nothing there. what can i do to fix this?!?!?!?

I have the same problem! No matter how many times I reinstall the DLCs it still doesn't work.  I go to downloads in the game menu and they just don't pop up! I have run out of ideas and nothing anybody has said on here actually works.  I dont know what the problem is.........

If I remember correctly, the dlc never actually show up in the downloads menu on the PS3 version, whether they are installed or not. Some sort of Bethesda oversight. The only way to know for sure is to start the game and wait for the quest to pop up. This usually takes just a few moments.

They are:

Aiding the Outcasts = Operation: Anchorage
Into the Pitt = The Pitt
The Local Flavor = Point Lookout
Not of this World = Mothership Zeta

Broken Steel is another story entirely. There is no notice give, it just adds a bunch of stuff without telling you. I always went out and hunted down either an Albino Radscorpion, Ghoul Reaver or Super Mutant Overlord. I've also heard that it gives you a message that the level cap has been raised, but I don't ever recall seeing that message.

I should also mention that, if I remember correctly, should you install Broken Steel while currently in the quest Take it Back, the game won't load Broken Steel.
