Since we already know this game has many bugs let's try to put them all into one thread and possible fixes to the issues.
We know that you can get trapped on rocks but we need to know where these locations are so people can avoid them. Let's us know places that freeze consistently and any other bugs and glitches the game may have.

Apparently, this is right in the begining. I did not have this issue or any of the other issues mentioned in the article but if you have please tell us where you were and how you were able to get around the issue (if you even were).
This isn't the only bug Kotaku's heard about. It is one of the best ones, though. The dog eye bug and moonwalking dog are good, too. As are the phantom computers and the ceiling head.
Other bugs supposedly include error messages that the game's downloadable content cannot be found and save corruption issues.
Kotaku is reaching out to the game's developer to see if there are plans to patch Fallout: New Vegas and will update if we hear back.

I left GoodSprings along the SE road and then curved around the rocks to the left. There was a coyote pup and a coyote that appeared as enemies. I took down the pup and couldn't find the coyote. When I walked closer I noticed the Coyote was stuck in the rocks.
I also had a weird glitch in the Hotel/Casino with the roller coaster where when I tried to hack a computer the screen went fuzzy and I could hear myself moving the cursor and canceling out, yet the actual computer display never appeared. Exiting the game and restarting fixed that one.

It takes a really long time to load when I try entering the Crimson Caravan compound. and once I finally do get in there, the frame rate drops considerably. thats really the only thing i've noticed so far.

So far the only thing that's bugging me is the hiccups you get every so often. It's not game breaking but certainly annoying. I never had any real problems with Fallout 3 either so maybe I'm just lucky...

Update from the link above
Update: Patches are coming. Pete Hines, marketing man at Fallout studio Bethesda Softworks, tells Kotaku that "We are currently working on releasing patches/updates as quickly as possible for Fallout: New Vegas, for all platforms. Announcements regarding the patches are forthcoming." He advises anyone seeing this head-turning bug to re-verify their files on Steam, as the issue is due to a "corrupt mesh file." Also notable: The head-turning bug here was highlighted two days ago in a blog post by one of the game's producers, who identified it as a known bug that was "eradicated" prior to the game's official release.

Bugs...let's see. I have come across a few.
Land mines hidden in the ground to where you have no choice but to be blown to smithereens.
There was a broc flower plant near broc flower cave that would appear suddenly, then fall through the ground, then repeated the process over and over until I harvested it, then it just disappeared entirely.
In the G.I. Blues questline, near the end when you have to take the NCR quiz to get the password, the last question is bugged, and it will tell you that you have the wrong answer no matter what you pick. The only way to bypass this bug is to either have a high speech skill, or outright kill him, which will give you infamy with NCR.

Just ran into one helluva glitch. I was shooting some Radscorpions in the desert and I was about to level up, but for some reason, it wouldn't level me up. So after I killed them, I kept walking and then it threw me almost on the other side of the map, but super high in the air so no matter what happened, I died.
I hadn't saved for like ten minutes.
I'm just going to take a break from this game and come back to it later. It's not sounding as fun as I once thought.

I found this on the bridge to Primm... the middle land mine was buried. I got close enough to set it off and then backed away in a hurry... no damage.
