So I just got a brand new (surprisingly) Sony Bravia TV for Christmas so I can finally play my games without having my eyes bleed. Got some money cards and decided to get the DLC for New Vegas. I got a bunch of DLC for New Vegas and Mass Effect 2. All for Mass Effect 2 and all but Lonesome Road for New Vegas. I downloaded Dead Money and went to install and I keep on getting this fucking shit about possible corrupted file. I listen to what is says...and still failure!! Do I have to wipe out my Game Data and install them in a certain order or what? I got Old World Blues and Honest Hearts first, then I got the Courier Stash, Gunrunners and then Dead Money. The fucking thing tells me that I need to report the Error Number "80029564" if this keeps happening...and it does.
So, is there any word on this being broken on there side anywyere...cause this shit is pissing me off, that is 10 bucks down the hole I could of used for something that worked...like one of the DragonAge 2 DLCs.
HELP!!...please!

Yup, sadly the best thing you can try is to delete the NV DLC game data file (and the regular NV if you want, it won't hurt) and try re-installing. The order should not matter, but try installing Dead Money first and see what happens.
I don't really understand the error code though. That is the one that refers to being unable to download something due to heavy traffic on the PSN, iirc.

Thanks...it's worth a shot. Son of a bitch! Guess I won't be playing Mass Effect 2 tonight, since I'll be downloading all that crap over again. Least I got Skyrim. Thanks a bunch!

No damn luck...same fucking thing happened. I deleted the Game Data, the Patches and DLC files. Re-downloaded all I bought and then started the game, got the patches again and then re-installed the Game Data. Then went to start the Installion from the Files in the Games Section...Dead Money, the first one I tried...same fucking thing. I hit 14% and ERROR!! Fuck you PSN...all the other ones worked just fine...

You don't live in Canada, do you?
There is an issue with people in Canada having the wrong DLC version for the disc they have. There are two types, one English and the other French (although the French version actually is in English too, which is odd). Depending on which one you have, you will need to be sure that the version you are downloading is the same.
Although, if you are in the U.S. this is certainly not your issue as the Store only has one version.
I'll search around a bit and see if I can find any info.

Found a (possibly) useful thread for you: http://community.us.playstation.com/thread/3870851
Here is a list of stuff that someone claimed may fix your issue:
- Do not download in background
- Disable SPI Firewall
- Turn off the Media Center
- Use a wired connection
- reboot/redownload after the failed install
- Run the install, do not delete any corrupted files that may be left but delete the installer. Then redownload and run installer again
Now that I think about it, I remember having an issue with a DLC installation (I don't recall for what though) and not downloading it in the background worked.
Good luck.
