Hello. When I started to play Fallout 3 on my PS3 Slim I noticed that if I opened the Pipboy and the radio was playing then closed it it would glitch out. It wouldn't skip per se but the part of the audio that was playing would be distorted. This problem only occured on my PS3 Slim. However, when I play Fallout new Vegas I don't have any problems and the game will run smoothly without a hitch. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem and how to fix it. I admit it is a small problem but it is annoying. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Note: I forgot to mention the audio will distort randomly sometimes even if I never opened the pipboy. Wanted to add that in for further clarification.

Try deleting your game data (not saved data) and reinstalling. Could just be a case of a corrupted game file.
