ooo, you guys are right. You can still find it if you look online, but it's going to be a rare title.  I just ordered it from amazon.  Loved the demo and want to experience this while I can.

Update

Okay, I did some research and found out that Eternal Sonata PS3 (NA) version is already starting to be considered a rare title.  This in combination with it's high ratings means this game will only go up in value.

If you're interested in this title, get it now.  Currently, the fair asking price for a new copy is around $35.00.  Used game stores are being informed to mark copies around 25-30.  I project in the next year we should see new copies going for 55 and used for 40.
