The Skyrim patch 1.5 (beta) is now out for the PC version of Skyrim, though it's still not released on consoles (well, seeing as it's still in beta...)
New features will include...
- New kill cameras for projectile weapons (arrows, etc.), spells, and melee weapons.
- Improved transitions (going underwater, etc.)
- and of course, bug fixes!

Some of you may have noticed that the killcams were actually introduced at a special event at Bethesda where devs could work on anything they wanted

If your game freezes when you enter water then you'll need to follow Bethesda's recommnendation and go to the PlayStation XMB menu. Go to Game > Game Data Utility, then delete the game data and title updates for Skyrim. As long as you don't touch the Game Save folder your saves will be there. Once you restart Skyrim you'll have to re-apply the update and you should be good to go.
I haven't experienced any of the glitches which the patch is meant to fix. Granted I cannot do Blood on the Ice in my first playthrough because the quest is already glitched.
I'm underwhelmed by the new killcams. When they work, it's neat, but I fairly often wind up with a dramatic camera angle facing a wall.
