I have been looking at the patch notes and they all say this 1.6/1.7 patch introduces mounted combat well....I updated my game to the 1.6 patch after deleting my game utility data and update data just incase the patch causes any bugs like 1.5 did, so heres my problem I STILL dont have mounted combat!! has anyone else had this problem?

u hav to hav dawnguard(dlc) for mounted combat so buy the dlc pack.

DAWNGARD is not even out for the PLAYSTATION,,.,..

Only for Xbox and PC...

I have mounted combat with patch update 1.7

You just mount your horse and take out your weapon as you would as if you were on foot...

You need to be connected to the Internet before starting up SKYRIM.. then it will give you the patch update for 1.7

I know how to update my game I let it update today but all I got was the 1.6 which from what I have read is the 1.7 update for ps3, and I have tried pulling my weapon out while on a horse but nothing happens

Try deleting the update and re-installing.

Perhaps something got messed up during the install.

Not all weapons can be used while mounted. I know magic does not work but one handed weapons do work. You may have to reinstal the update again or even wait till the next update.

1.6 is 1.7 for the ps3. as long as you have the update it should work fine. try deleting your game data and reinstalling it. Ive had to do the same.

no haha I figured it out, turns out I thought I had my sword equiped but didnt, lmao dee de dee!!!!
