I am in chapter 2 in the apartments. After you pass the laundry room, past some more apartments, you get to a door that triggers a necromorph to bust through a door. When you open the door in front of you there is a necromorph (the one with the tail and only arms) that crawls over the outside of the window in front of you. Immediately after, two ships crash into each other. Isaac says "Holy s@*^!" This is the room I am in. There is a screen on the right that is a repeating animated ad for TST. When you get to the end the door is malfunctioning, so is the one you came through. You are stuck. When you get to the door on the end it should trigger those necromorphs with the glowing, exploding arms. This doesn't happen for me. Also I can hear the necropmorph that crawled over the window earlier. I can't see it or hurt it but I can hear it growl. It seems to be in the ceiling above me.
I have tried resaving, saving at a different save station, running back to the start point of chapter 2, deleting game save data, and some other ineffective things. If you know of anything that might help please let me know. I am on Round 5, I have never had this problem before.
