Not 100% sure, but would think they'd be the same. Doesn't hurt to try.
Before making changes to your router copy down it's current settings so you can put things back if you run into trouble.

The current ports required for PSN should stay active but there is a good possibility that PS4 specific services like streaming will make use new ports. I like to add that third party games make or extra ports
You can either wait till this information surfaces or just setup UPnP which will allow the PS4 to automatically negotiate the needed ports with the router.
UPnP must be enable at the router & PS4.
That list of ports is for the birds. Unless the PS4 is running a secure and non-secure web server, there is no reason whatsoever fo forward TCP ports 80 and 443 to the console. And even if so, most ISPs block service on port 80 even if it has been opened at the router.
