Solutions found so far:
1) Use wired connection instead of WIFI
2) Remove WIFI password and connect (seems quite bad and unprotected)

3) Strange solution so far: Remove 802.11n protocol and switch to 802.11b/g ..for unknown reason that seams to work.

Did you try the restore defaults in safe mode?

I've had that fix the one wi-fi issue I had.

The one solution that looks quite good is to remove the password protection from your wifi and hide your SSID so it will be kinda secure.  This works till they get fix it.

Please do not suggest that people remove the password and hide the SSID. It is not secure, a network without a password is a bad idea whether the SSID is hidden or not.

This fixed worked for me. I changed my wifi settings to 802.11b/g instead of 802.11n, now my internet connection in my ps4 is back to normal!  Thanks a lot for this! Smiley Happy

The folks over at Reddit have been doing that remove "N" or force "G" only in the router, and having good success. Many have gone back to using "N" or putting it back to where it was before the update and it still works. So change to "G" only. Then back to the original settinga nd see how it works.

It is highly recommended that you password protect your wi-fi network. Some have reported going to "WPA", and not "WPA-2" works as well, but that can be decrypted, stick with WPA2 if you have a choice.
