Region Change

So I live in the Philippines and I got my ps4 1 year after it has been released. That time, we don't have an option to select Philippines as our country and write down our real address, so we have no choice but to connect to US. Now, it is already supported and one of the biggest problems we have are the DLCs. You cannot play the DLC if the account is connected to US and your game was made in asia unless you downloaded the DLC from playstation asia. Since our account is connected to playstation US, I was wondering if it is possible to change the address to Philippines, so that we can play the DLCs.

Sorry, no, the country/region of a PSN ID cannot be changed once the ID has been created.  You can create a new ID at any time.

** Use a unique password for your PSN ID - one you don't use anywhere else **
** Engage brain before putting mouth in gear ** ** two-step verification - use it **

I mean, it is not really our fault why the region isn't supported.

Also, the console has been released in the philippines and yet, playstation doesn't support it that time. Like really? The company should have at least an option for players like us or a transfer that can be process on the customer supports end. It is quite unfair actually. I don't want to create a new ID and repeat the game I've finished.

Who mentioned it was your fault?  And fault has nothing to do with it.

SONY does not allow the region to be changed, period, full stop, end of story, done, finished.

Being rude is not the right way to answer.
