I cant get on either and boy did this one guy at sony's customer help center fudge up he told me i could not speak to a supervisor or have his employee number .... i have pictures from our chat to prove it
This will sound dumb but I solved my ce-33992-6 issue by setting up my ps4's IP configuration fresh, then:
failed at psn login,
went to live from playstation,
says need psn to access features blah blah,
press option to login
(for me) it connected.
ran test again, finished completely.
It's worth mentioning that I did in fact try to log in with the 'PSN' option in the settings to no avail last night. Then did a complete router reset (in my case PS4 is connected via LAN). Setup the router and then proceeded with the above mentioned steps.
My error is the same, but may not be for the same reason as many other users also spitting out this CE.
