I'm having this same issue as well but with trying to download NBA 2K14 and Madden 25 which I recently purchased from the PSN Store. Going into the PS4's Library and trying to click on either game to dlownload just boots me back to the PS4's main GUI screen.
Talked to online support and the answer they gave me was that since the Library is tied in with the PSN, their might be connection problems due to the high amount of traffic. Basically, got told to try again later...
Another user suggested this workaround, it worked for me so I hope this helps others who have been having trouble downloading purchased games through PSN Store:
Access the PSN Store on your computer. Once logged in, click on your username, and then click on Download List from the drop down menu list.
On the Download List page it should show your purchased games. Find your games and click on "Download to PS4." You'll get a notification on your PS4 saying "XXX was added to downloads" and the game will start downloading.
I am having the same problem and doing the above allowed me to get around the issue and to proceed to download.

I have the exact same issue, with both Flower and Sound Shapes. Extremely disappointing. I mean it was a huge downer to find out I can't use external USB storage anymore and that the PS4 has some serious issues connecting to some routers, but not being able to download 2 of the 15 games available is just straight out unacceptable.
How can basic functions like this not be thoroughly tested before placing it on the PSN.
Thanks Nes180, I didn't realize there was a second page when I made my last post, this fixed the issue for me. I still stand by my comment though, as I have no doubt there are thousands of users who have this issue, but just aren't savy enough to research a solution.
I have this EXACT same problem but not with Flower; that downloaded fine for me.....it's with Sound Shapes. Got it to my Vita and PS3 OK but the PS4 version has not downloaded and there is of course nothing I can do.
