I keep getting E-82000113 when I try to download from the PSN store and E-82000171 when I try to check out. Tried logging off and/or rebooting with no luck. PSN works on my PS3 and in the iOS app just not the PS4. Anyone have any ideas? Similar problems?
I also had E-82000171, then I realized that my Credit Card was expired(got a new one). So make sure your purchasing method is still valid. Once I updated my new CC info and exipry, it checked out right away.
I think it's just that you need to update your payment info. When the new update didn't fix the issue I thought that it might be connected to the payment info. My card wasn't expired but had changed companies still keeping all info the same. So that's why it would work on the other devices, they had already registered the card as working but the PS4 must have seen a difference somewhere. If you get these try updating the info even if it's the same card info it should help.
Haven't had the "pleasure" of experiencing E-82000171, but I've been getting E-82000113 from the get-go. I've tried a couple of things on my end to try to circumvent the issue, but it seems like this is something that Sony will have to fix on their end (I hope).

I don't know whether Sony corrected the issue universally, so don't jump on me if you're still experiencing the same error... With that said, now would be a good time to try downloading something off the ps store.
My PSN account is from Brazil, and the credit card is international.
I tried a test, put the wrong card name, and the error is the same E-82000171. On Saturday I managed to make a payment of PSN Plus, but I can not buy the games.
Did this information is not related to the recent exchange of registered cards? Another point I'll wait, is that the PS4 will not be released here in Brazil on Friday (29 november).
