Hey @SUPER_MARIO_1027 guess what just happened? Started a live chat on support and the rep actually gave me the codes right then and there! After all this bs it proved to be a simple solution that could have taken seconds instead of hours to resolve. I'm glad its finally over (for me at least). I still think we deserved more compensation, but at least I finally got what everyone else got. I hope everyone else has gotten the e-mail and all who want a refund get it. Good luck.
