I am having the same issue as you. i sat on the phone with sony support last night for 2 hours trying all these methods again.. since i already performed them at least 3 times by myself before calling in. I never had an issue with licensing until i downloaded Dragons Teeth for BF4. i went into game and everytime i tried to join a Dragons Teeth server it took me straight to the Playstation store to redownload the DLC. i then tried to restore licenses and received the CE-33945-4 error every single time for the duration of the past 2 days.
-all ports open
- initialized PS4 twice
- rebuilt database countless times
- signed in and out countless times
Im going to be very upset if i cant play in the Destiny Beta because of this.. not to mention im already missing out on the $45 DLC that i paid for.
I have reinitialized my PS4 but I still have the same problem and Sony support don't know what's causing the issue !
I dont regret buying the PS4 because it is a far superior system, however i do agree that customer support is terrible. i just wish we could get an answer to this problem as its obviously linked to accounts, but it shouldnt just happen out of nowehere.
I was just on the phone for an hour and their Tier 2 Tech said that he couldn't do anything more to fix the ''Restore Licenses'' bug and that I would have to wait until they find a solution.
Did anyone get some more info on this ?
It's been a few days and still no response from Sony. I can't restore any of my licenses and I still haven't been able to play ANY of my BF4 DLC. It would be great for someone to at least acknowlege that the'yre working on it since I've payed $400 for a console, $120 for BF4+Premium, and I've been a PS Plus subscriber for 4 years. Is this how you treat your customers Sony?
I'm running out of options. It's been a month and if I could get rid of my PS4 I would. My rrod problem was resolved in 2 weeks and I even got a free month of xbl. Last night the Sony rep I talked to (for 3 hours I might add) told me, "sorry we can't refund anything for you" which is like "too bad, we have your money!" next gen lol
