I need help getting my NAT setting less than 3 so I can play with my friends. Trying to play COD MW3 but it won't let me join in when invited. I have an Asus rt-n66u router & a speedstream 4300 router. My IP is Windstream. I've tried port forwarding & DMZ with no luck with either. Maybe there are some ports I'm missing but the tech guy at Asus says that when you put it in DMZ that all ports are open. I can however plug my PS3 directly to my modem & in network settings it says NAT 3 but in the game it says NAT open. Thanks for any help.

try playing without router. by directly plugging your cat 5 wire to the PS3.

also why do you have 2 routers ?

if u got black ops or mw2 try putting them in and running them on ur ps3. after that run mw3 and your nat type should be open. works for me when i get nat type 3 hope it helps
