Here, I'll recite something from another article (which may be in that one) I read. 

"West and Zampella have delayed the pre-production of Modern Warfare 3, which pushes back the Fall 2011 release Activision was hoping for."

But who cares about MW3?  We all know it will blow like MW2..  they aren't going to undo anything bad, only what might be "considered" as good.
