so the other day my friend borrowed Cod4 from his friend.  And he was like dude this game is awesome!, and he told me the modes and stuff in Cod4.  So im like sweet.  My other friend got COd:w@W, hes like DUDE Cod5 is so awesome, better than the 4th one. and he names all the cool stuff.  So i want to buy one of these, idk what to go with, im kinda bored of the WW2 skins and scenerios, but it does have the zombie mode at the end, and the online might be fun.  Cod4 is a good game but i would want the Game of the Year Edition.  So which is better?  i have no idea what to get.

call of duty 5 its just really fun all the maps are every weapon friendly and fun to play on and dont forget nazi zombie mode such a sick part of the game its really fun with your friends i suggest call of duty 5

Call of Duty 4 has a better campaign, though there are no trophies, co-op, or Zombie mode.

Also, Call of Duty 4 has more balanced online gameplay...weapons, maps, spawns, etc. Tanks in W@W are just dumb add-ons.  

Both games have connection issues.  Overall, CoD4 is a better game.

Get Call of Duty 4, you won't be disappointed.

People are forgetting the online for COD4 is dead, the game's been out for over a year and hardly anyone's playing it. The game will lose repition value.

Call of DUty 5 is fresh and people this christmas will be buying it making the community much larger. It has everything the COD4 online had but added more to it. You will like COD5 get it.

You honestly think that more people are playing COD4 then call of duty 5? 

The game's been out for 1 year, even Infinity Ward will tell you it's been going alot slower..

Game's like LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 2, Far Cry 2, Bioshock, Gears 2, Socom, aren't being played then? Many players have left cod4 because new games are coming out that they prefer. Call of duty 4 was a great game but it's run it's course don't deny it. It's really slowing down. Many of the Call of duty 4 players are going to call of duty world at war, I mean look at this board. We hardly see COD4 posts, everyone's migrated elsewhere.

Just because more people play WaW doesn't make MW dead... I bet while theirs 80 thousand people on WaW, theirs 40-50 thousand still on MW. The gamebattles ladders for MW are still really active as well.

MW is the better game, but WaW is fresh and new. Your choice. Better game or newer game.
