How do you get to select "play all quiz packs?"

Hi everyone--


Any advice on how to play all quiz packs on Buzz Quiz World?  I have 3 quiz packs and can see "play all quiz packs" as an option, but it is not grayed/able to be selected.  I have played each quiz individually just fine, but am wondering if and how I can combine all 3 in one game as that option suggests.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
