All you have to do is go to MyBuzz.com and sign in with your PSN ID & PW. This is the same site you go to when you create quizzes. When you get in there is a landing page with top quizzes etc on it. Just enter the tag of the person who's quizzes you want to help out... such as Angels_in_Seven and all of that person's quizzes will come up. Then it is as simple as clicking the PLAY button next to each quiz, taking the quiz, and giving it your ratings... its that easy.

Actually doing it online goes MUCH faster than on the PS3 because you don't have all of the Buzz Fanfare and profile picking that takes so much time.
