Can't find this last smash gate in Downtown Paradise

Is there like a known smash gate in downtown paradise that's like super uber hard to find cuzz **bleep**. I have spent 2 hours just doing laps and laps around downtown paradise to find this last smash and I can't find it......

Nvrmind, I finally found it. And on a side note I have found every super jump, smash gate, and billboard

Congrats on finding all those and hopefully all the events. When I was gate hunting the last one I had was on the roof of the Angus parking garage which finding this gave me my last two superjumps. It's hard to believe it's been close to 2 years in doing all this. I didn't use my head and search online for BP maps - since then I've found plenty of them.
