Agreed pre 1.06 patch; however, it's recently been discovered that the M16 is glitched and does not suffer bullet deviation under suppression like the other guns in the game.  

If you don't want to take advantage of the bug, consider the 416 post 1.06 patch or the AEK-971.

For clarification, the SCAR-H could probably be classified as either a carbine OR a battle rifle. A battle rifle is chambered for a heavier round for increased range and damage. With the longer barrel (20 in.), it would be a battle rifle. However, because the Battlefield version was created with the shorter barrel (13 in.), technically it's a carbine.
