Congrats on completing all of the main story mode Riddler challenges. A few things I noticed in AA though:
The Riddler trophies have a dual purpose. Not only are you colllecting the trophies/riddles for completion and information on Riddler, they also unlock certain locations for the Riddler Challenges. (ie) if you don't find all the trophies or riddles for the sewer you may or may not unlock the location on the challenge maps.
The Riddler is always caught before you finish collecting or solving ALL of the extra story mode stuff. Only the completionists (myself included) actually go back and get everything. I think the intention was to give the game replay-ability however if you're stuck on 1 trophy and you aren't figuring it out, you won't be going to play through the campaign 5 times to see if it magically comes to you how to solve it (at best you get credit for completing the story on each diffculty.)
If you have everything done for the main story mode that means you've unlocked everything in the challenges, combat, predator, campaign stuff. Start knocking those out if you're so inclined or try to become one of the proud few to try and master a character and compete with the 'big boys' on the leader boards. I personally found that I eagerly anticipate coming home and finding out that someone has pushed me from 1st to 2nd place by 0.14sec's.
I know that I can't compete on the combat maps, those guys are much too fluid and analytical, but being ranked 1st even for a minute on a leaderboard, was awesome.
